Beer Dinner Series with Fernie Brewing

Join us the weekend of May 10th to 12th for our Fernie Brewing Dinner, Chef Ben has tasted the beer and created a delicious five-course dinner for $42 which you can enjoy with beer pairings for $19, each of the dishes will also be available to order individually as well. Make a reservation for dinner on May 10th, 11th or 12th and order it with your server upon arrival.

Paired with: Single Speed Belgian-Style Blonde | 4.8 % | IBU 19
Chicken Breast – burnt pineapple, kiwi, lime, sesame, confit fingerling potatoes
Paired with: Hit the Deck Hazy IPA | 6.4 % | IBU 50
Dulce de Leche

Fernie Brewing Co. is about as passionate and thirsty for making great beer as you can get. Fernie’s home-grown craft brewery, located in the Rocky Mountain town of Fernie BC. Established in 2003, Fernie Brewing Co. came from humble beginnings starting in the Pask family barn with a dream of bringing the brew back to valley and a passion for making exceptional craft beer. Quickly establishing a spot in the craft beer industry, Fernie Brewing Company moved to our current location where we continue to grow and expand. 15 years on and FBC has a plethora of core, seasonal and limited release beers, available throughout Western Canada. In fact, FBC’s Head Brewer, Jeff Demaniuk, believes that within the large portfolio of beers, there is a brew for practically every taste. With around 25 beers available throughout the year, the question is, which to try first?
