Mac & Cheese Fest is back, and at Posto, we did exactly what you think we did—we made it extra cheesy.

Running January 15–31, our Mac & Cheese Fest feature is lovingly (and proudly) called “It’s the Cheesiest…” because honestly, there was no other way to describe it.

This is a baked six-cheese rigatoni situation. We’re talking garlic cream, crispy focaccia, fontina, smoked provolone, ricotta, fior di latte, grana padano, and just a little gorgonzola dolce—because balance matters. Bubbling, golden, gooey, and wildly comforting.

Is it subtle? No.
Is it elegant? Also no.
Is it everything you want when it’s cold outside and carbs are calling? Absolutely.
