We’re launching a new chef collaboration series at Posto, starting strong with Chef Takeover: Volume One — a two-night-only takeover featuring Chef Jeremy Théoret of Bastion Burger. Chef Jeremy takes over the kitchen in collaboration with Chef Neil Malik and our own Pastry Chef Erin Vrba to bring big flavour, elevated comfort and a thoughtfully composed menu.

On February 23 & 24, Jeremy joins our kitchen to collaborate on a limited menu built around bold flavours, elevated comfort, and unapologetic indulgence. Expect dry-aged Alberta beef cheeseburgers, lobster corndogs with house rémoulade, caviar-topped shoestring fries, shrimp scampi po’ boys, and a smoked cheddar vanilla ice cream dessert you won’t forget.

This is the first chapter of an ongoing series, and quantities are limited each night.
