The city-wide culinary celebration is back, and YYC Food & Drink Experience returns March 13–29. At Posto, we’re leaning into the season with a three-course prix fixe menu that brings a few welcome pops of spring to the table.
Think bright citrus, fresh herbs, sweet carrots, and just enough comfort to remind you winter hasn’t fully left yet. Even better? You get choices. Because commitment is hard.
First Course — Choose Your Starting Line
Charred Broccoli Caesar Salad
Anchovy vinaigrette, garlic crumbs, pecorino. Smoky, salty, crunchy perfection.

Winter Citrus & Fennel Salad
Green olive, pistachio, lemon. Bright, crisp, and basically sunshine in salad form.
Second Course — The Tough Decision
Burrata & Carrots
Honey roasted carrots, almonds, pea shoots, lemon thyme dressing. Creamy meets sweet meets herbaceous.

Spring Onion, Asparagus & Ricotta Pizza
Black truffle, ricotta salata. Spring vegetables + pizza = a decision we fully support.
Third Course — The Grand Finale
Chocolate Torta
Dark chocolate sauce, amaro whipped cream, almond crunch. Rich, decadent, and exactly how a three-course dinner should end.
