You may recognize this wonderful guy from one of our Creative Restaurants over the past 13 years, starting off at Bonterra as a line cook and working for/running a couple others along the way. We are ecstatic to say that Joseph Lavergne is back at with Posto and is now Chef de cuisine of both Bonterra & Posto.

Joe’s favourite pizza is the #7 with pepperoni, green pepper and mushroom. His adorable daughter Rose is a regular here at Posto, and her favourite pizza is the #4 with sausage, salami, calabrese and smoked pancetta.
