If there’s one thing we don’t do at Posto… it’s play it safe.

From May 23 to June 6, we’re bringing a wildly indulgent, unapologetically over-the-top creation to Calgary’s first-ever Dog Days YYC Festival – a two-week celebration of hot dogs across the city, where every bite gives back.

And yes… we understood the assignment.

Meet the Dog
TRUFFLED CARBONARA – $14
Garlic-brushed brioche bun, crispy spaghetti- and bacon-wrapped hot dog, house-made carbonara sauce, caramelized onion, truffle pecorino, pickled shallot, Fresno chilies, and chives.

This is what happens when you take a classic hot dog and run it straight through an Italian kitchen with zero rules — and a heavy hand on the indulgence.

It’s chaotic.

Why We’re Doing This

Dog Days isn’t just about creating the most outrageous hot dog in the city (although… we fully intend to be in that conversation).  It’s about giving back.  For every Dog Days feature sold, $1 is donated directly to the Pet Access League Society (PALS), supporting vulnerable Calgarians and their pets with essential care and resources.  So yes – you should absolutely come try this.

Because: you win. Dogs win. Everyone’s a wiener.
