Alberta on the Plate Has Arrived at Posto

At Posto, we’re all about keeping things local, sharing great food, and finding new ways to celebrate the incredible ingredients produced right here in Alberta.

That’s why we’re excited to once again participate in Alberta on the Plate, a province-wide culinary celebration running August 7–16 that shines a spotlight on Alberta farmers, ranchers, producers and chefs.

For this year’s festival, we’ve created a feature pizza that captures everything we love about summer: vibrant vegetables, bold Italian flavours, and locally sourced ingredients that let Alberta’s harvest do the talking.
